WhiteWalker Partners was founded by
the Steves, Steve Albino and Steve Walker, in 2002 and is based in
Massachusetts, USA. Through our
commitment, experience, expertise, and sense of humor, WhiteWalker
Partners establish rewarding business relationships with our
customers that last a lifetime.
Overall, we bring over fifty years of
R&D experience in high-tech industries with large-system skills
and capabilities (including management), together with the ability
to conceive, engineer, and produce low-tech products, such as the FireFly™, which we hand-craft
in our workshop.
Steve Walker has over 30 years of experience in
systems concepts and design, including hardware and software
subsystems, in the fields of digital video, digital wireless cable
(including a digital time-shift server), video security, and
telephony. While working with GTE, he was granted 13 US patents in
areas including telephone exchange technology, video security, and
video systems, some of which were also granted in Europe and Asia.
He has four patents pending. Steve Walker managed large telephone
system projects at GTE in Italy, and, for the last 16 years was an
R&D manager and a Senior Staff Engineer at GTE Laboratories.
Recently, Steve worked as a consultant to MetaSignal Inc., and
Pinnacle Holdings in the areas of video system engineering and video
security. Steve received his BSc in Electrical Engineering at the
Lanchester College (in England), is a Chartered Engineer and a
Member of the Royal Institution of Electrical
Engineers. 
Steve Albino has over 25 years of experience,
with companies such as Prime Computer, EMC, PictureTel and Lucent.
He has been responsible for research, design and manufacturing of
high-reliability computing and telecommunications equipment, highly
redundant database storage systems. and extremely reliable,
redundant, high performance data switches. He also has a background
in reliability modeling and physics of failure. Recently, Steve
was a prize winner in a national inventors competition. Steve has a
BSEE from Worcester Polytechnic Institute, and has three
patents pending.
